We have received a notice from a third party claiming that the distribution of the following apps you have submitted for sale through the Amazon Mobile App Distribution Program may not be properly authorized by the appropriate rights holder.

    Title: Smart News HD

As a result, we have suspended sales of the apps, pending further investigation. Please work with the inquiring third party to settle any rights dispute before resubmitting these applications.
Below is the contact information of the third party who claims you have infringed its rights. We expect that you will compensate this party appropriately for any infringing copies sold or downloaded.

Please note that we take violations of intellectual property rights very seriously. The submission of apps that violate third-party rights is a violation of our agreement and may lead to suspension or termination of your account, among other remedies. Please ensure that you own sufficient rights for all your apps to authorize their sale in the Amazon Mobile App Distribution Program. If you believe that you have sufficient rights to distribute the app listed above and all intellectual property contained within, we encourage you to contact the rights holder to address this matter.

    Best regards,
    Amazon Apps Team

Thank you for writing in. Documentation demonstrating that you have valid intellectual property rights must be either a confirmation letter from the intellectual property rights holder with a formal signature or a copy of the applicable license agreement. We are unable to accept informal claims of rights.

    Come dovrei comportarmi? :bho:
