Linkbuilding for Italy: I need your help/advice

Ciao to all Italian colleagues!

I've been doing SEO for an international client and now they are expanding to new markets. One of those new markets is the Italian market.
I need to find Italian blogs/websites to publish 1-2 articles a month, but I do not speak the language and I do not have any relations with Italian SEO specialists.

What websites I need for August:
Language: Italian, preferably .it domains but .com also works well

1. General media/news websites (with different categories)
2. Niche websites/blogs about Forex, Trading, Economy and etc.

What I need for July:
.ch domain and language doesn't matter so much it can be French, Italian or German

Can somebody give me some help/advice?
