Problemi con DNS setup su nuovo VPS

Salve,
ho appena acquistato per la prima volta un VPS Linux "unmanaged" e sto incorrendo nei primi problemi: la funzione IPCheck mi dice che il nome del server risolve sulla IP 89.185.xxx.xxx dove è attualmente ospitato il dominio che ho utilizzato per il nome del server, mentre dovrebbe risolvere sull'IP 192.71.xxx.xxx del nuovo VPS, vado a vedere in WHM in "Add an A entry for your hostname" e mi trovo che l'IP indicata è quella corretta, la 192.71.xxx.xxx.

In effetti mi sono trovato con questa IP 89.185.xxx.xxx nello schermo SSH mentre cercavo di scomprimere fantastico (dopo averlo scaricato con successo) in quanto mi diceva che il file non esisteva.

Cosa fare? Come controllare ed eventualmente modificare l'IP tramite SSH?

Ma i dns server nel pannello di controllo del registrar del dominio li hai cambiati?

Non ancora, però i problemi che ho avuto prima ora sono scomparsi, sono riuscito ad installare fantastico.
